On the afternoon of June 7th, the China Certification Center For Security & Protection, the National Inspection and Testing Center For Quality of Security and Alarm System (Beijing), and TÜV Rheinland jointly held the Smart Locker "Reliable Protection" Certificate Awarding Ceremony. Kaadas was awarded the "Certificate for China Public Security Product Certification" (Model: Kaadas K20 Pro Max), becoming one of the first certified companies in the Chinese smart lock industry.
The National Inspection and Testing Center For Quality of Security and Alarm System (Beijing), called TCSP for short, established in 1986, is a comprehensive third-party technical service organization authorized by the State Administration for Market Regulation and accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It boasts more than 50 specialized laboratories covering mechanical performance, protective performance, safety performance, electromagnetic compatibility, and more. As a global leader in testing, inspection, certification, training, and consulting services, TÜV Rheinland Group, headquartered in Cologne, Germany, has over 150 years of experience.
Smart locks, serving as the first line of defense for home security, have garnered significant attention from consumers and society at large for their safety and user experience. In light of this, TÜV Rheinland has partnered with TCSP to collaborate on smart door lock products. They have jointly established testing models, beginning with consumer user experiences, and outlined high-standard requirements for smart door locks in four major dimensions: user experience, reliability, information security, and privacy protection. This collaboration aims to ensure that the test results accurately reflect the strengths and weaknesses of the products in everyday use.
